The information on goods or services included on the website is accurate to the best of our knowledge and we do our best to correct any mistakes promptly. If you have any concerns or questions regarding information on our site, please contact us. By placing an order with any of Ngwena Ltd subsidiaries, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Orders
Upon receiving the order, we contact the client in order to discuss their expectations. An individual quote is then prepared, based on client requirements. All new customers are required to pay a minimum 50% deposit upon the order confirmation prior to printing. We cannot commence any work unless the payment has cleared.

Pricing
Ngwena Ltd reserves the right to occasionally change prices and withhold special offers without notice.

Artwork
Where artwork is supplied by the client, it is their responsibility to ensure we receive a print-ready file. We reserve a right to make slight variations to the design if it is deemed too complex to be physically implemented. When supplying the artwork, the copyrights liability lies with the client.
If the design is to be prepared by Ngwena Ltd, a proof fee of £60.00 is required prior to commencing the design unless it has been put in writing that we have been designated to perform the installation. The fee includes 2 changes to the artwork, further changes are charged at £20.00 each.

Payments
We accept Debit and Credit Card payments via 100% secure payment gateway. We also accept PayPal and cheque payments, as well as BACS transfers, details of which are on the invoice. Please note we will only start the production process once the deposit payment has been completed. Unless stated otherwise, a full payment is required 14 days from the invoice date. All goods supplied remain the property of Ngwena Group unless paid for in full. In the event where the client fails to make a payment within the stated time, the client automatically authorises Ngwena Ltd to enter their premises and repossess all supplied goods.

Installation Process
Where installation is to take place, it is the clients’ responsibility to provide electricity and reasonable working conditions.
The areas where the graphics are applied should be clean as this influences the performance and longevity of the vinyl. Ngwena reserves the right to apply a cleaning charge in case this is not adhered to.
Occasionally the works may disturb trading (people traffic, noise, scaffolding, etc) therefore we advise our clients to suggest a suitable time in order to keep any possible disturbances to a minimum.
It is advised that the client should provide us with a suitable parking space otherwise they will be liable for any penalty charges we may occur.

Liability/Complaints
All complaints must be received in writing up to 7 days past the completion of the work. After this time, Ngwena Ltd cannot be liable for eventual changes. Ngwena Ltd will strive to resolve all complaints promptly and efficiently. We make every effort possible to ensure all problems are resolved and mistakes corrected. In the event where any material is damaged due to no fault of our own (mechanical damage, etc), the client obliges to pay the costs of the correction. We will not take responsibility for any damage resulting from the workmanship or application of the media. If the problem arises, our liability is limited to correcting faults to your satisfaction.

Cancellations
Once we have received the payment and started the production process, we cannot cancel any order. However, should you have any problems with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
